Catch EVV issues before they become lost revenue, survey exposure, and payroll problems.

EVVPulse flags missed punches, unused authorized hours, GPS issues, and claim-risk exceptions early — then contacts attendants, classifies replies, and hands your coordinator a clean queue.

Resolve

Fix EVV exceptions by text.

EVVPulse finds every failed visit, texts the right attendant with the right question, and reads the reply. Each visit is followed until it's fixed and ready to bill — it can't be lost, forgotten, or worked twice.

  • Attendants reply with a number — no app, no training
  • Once a visit is confirmed, it's done — never texted twice
  • Urgent signals like hospitalizations reach your coordinator instantly; a welfare call is placed and logged

Prevent

Stop the same failure from happening twice.

EVVPulse doesn't send the same text forever. Non-responders move through three escalation tiers, attendants who go silent for five straight runs are flagged high-risk for your coordinator, and when a reply confirms a second address, that GPS alarm never fires again for that client.

  • Three-tier escalation — the message changes as the pattern does
  • Second addresses captured from replies — that false alarm never fires again
  • Repeat non-responders flagged high-risk for your coordinator
  • Pattern-based coaching texts before the next visit Coming soon

Level 1
First alert
Level 2
Firmer follow-up
Level 3
Coordinator alert
✓ 5 silent runs in a row → flagged high-risk for the coordinator
Your 2:00 PM visit didn't verify by GPS. Reply 1 if you were at the client's home, 2 if at another location, 3 for a device issue, 4 if you need help.
← reply "2" → second address stored · future GPS alerts for this client suppressed

Protect revenue New

Catch undelivered hours while the week can still be saved.

Every authorized hour that goes undelivered is revenue you were already approved for — gone — and a care gap your MCO notices. EVVPulse projects each client's shortfall mid-week, while there's still time to adjust the schedule and deliver the care.

The same failures hit your attendants' paychecks. Unresolved punches mean short or late pay — caregivers complain first, then they leave, and the client they served often leaves with them. EVVPulse resolves clock-in and clock-out issues fast — before pay runs — and alerts attendants who are behind on authorized hours so they can make up the time before the week closes.

  • Live tracking for every client on your census
  • Projected shortfall in hours, before the week closes
  • Daily coordinator email of exactly which clients need action Coming soon

Prove it

Hand HHSC proof, not explanations.

Every alert, reply, escalation, welfare call, and fix is timestamped and logged. When a surveyor asks how you monitor compliance, you hand them a PDF — attendant scores, corrective actions, full audit trail. That's the difference between a clean survey and a corrective action plan.

  • Monthly HHSC-ready compliance PDF, on demand
  • Welfare-call logs for every missed visit
  • Daily morning report so your coordinator works a short list, not a phone

“We went from two hours of manual EVV corrections every morning to uploading two files and letting EVVPulse handle it. Our coordinator starts her day with a clean action queue instead of a phone full of unanswered calls.”

Questions agencies ask

Before you start
your free trial.

Does EVVPulse write anything into HHAexchange?

No. EVVPulse reads the reports you already export and never touches your HHAexchange account. Your coordinator makes corrections in HHAexchange exactly as she does today; EVVPulse follows each visit until it's ready to bill. Zero integration risk, nothing to break.

Do my attendants need to install an app?

No. Everything runs over plain SMS with numbered reply options. If an attendant can text, they can use EVVPulse. There is nothing to download, no login, no training session.

How long does setup take?

About five minutes on your side — you export two HHAexchange reports and we handle the rest. Exception detection runs on your data right away. Attendant text messaging goes live once your agency's carrier registration is approved, typically 5–10 business days from a signed agreement; we start that registration the day you sign. Onboarding is white-glove on every plan.

Will EVVPulse spam my attendants with texts?

No — the opposite. Confirmed visits are never re-alerted, attendants who replied recently aren't texted again, and non-responders move through escalation tiers instead of getting the same text every run. The system exists to reduce message volume, for attendants and coordinators alike.

How is client and attendant data protected?

EVVPulse runs on HIPAA-aware architecture: encrypted in transit, access-controlled, and never sold or shared with anyone. A Business Associate Agreement is signed with your agency before any protected health information is processed.

We're not on HHAexchange. Can we still use it?

EVVPulse is purpose-built for Texas PAS agencies on HHAexchange today. Support for additional EVV systems is on the roadmap — reach out and tell us which one you use.
